Get closer to the industry.

The community is where most people should start. Stay informed, ask real questions, meet like minded people, and learn from experiences that never make it onto a brokerage website.

What happens inside

No cost, no catch.

The community is free and it is genuinely useful. It is also the honest test of whether this industry excites you before you spend anything.

Industry discussions

The questions you cannot ask a brokerage you are trying to get hired by, answered by people already inside the business.

Market insights

What is moving, which regions are busy, what owners and clients are asking for, and what it means if you are entering now.

Networking

Meet other people entering the industry and the people already working in it. Some of the best opportunities start as a conversation.

Where do charter enquiries actually come from?

Started tracking where my last ten enquiries came from. Six were referrals, two came from an owner introduction, one from a broker who was over capacity, and one from Instagram. Almost none came from anywhere a beginner would think to look.

Do brokerages really hire people with no yachting background?

I have hospitality experience and two years in luxury travel. Is that enough to be taken seriously, or do I need to get onboard first? Anyone here made that jump and can say what actually worked?

Peak season availability in the West Med is already tight

If you are still telling clients you can find them anything in late July, you are going to have a difficult spring. Worth planning your availability conversations differently this year.

Signed my first charter this week
