What this site is
Yacht Charter 101 is an education platform and community created by an active yacht charter broker. This website is the information and enrolment front door. It is not a charter brokerage and it does not arrange charters for visitors.
What the academy is
The academy teaches how yacht charter brokerage works: the roles, the process, the paperwork, the negotiation and the client relationship. It is educational material, delivered through lessons, resources and exercises.
No guarantees
Nothing on this site or in the academy is a promise of employment, income, commission or any specific result. Progress in this industry depends on your own effort, relationships and circumstances. Examples shown are illustrative.
Content and ownership
Lessons, written material, exercises and the curated brokerage list are the intellectual property of Yacht Charter 101 and are licensed to you for personal learning. They may not be copied, resold or redistributed. Industry examples are anonymised and details are changed where confidentiality applies.
Community conduct
The community exists for people taking this industry seriously. Confidential deals, client information and anything shared privately inside the community stay there. Members who breach that trust are removed.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the academy evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
