What we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
If you send us a message through the contact form, we store your name, email address, the topic you selected and your message so that we can reply. Nothing else is asked for, and nothing else is stored.
How it is used
Your details are used to answer you and, where relevant, to follow up about the academy or the community. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Learning, community and payments
Lessons, the community and any paid membership run on Skool. When you join or enrol there, your account and payment details are handled by Skool under their own privacy and payment terms.
Analytics and cookies
We record anonymous interaction events, such as which calls to action are clicked, so we can understand what is useful on the site. These events contain no personal information and are never used to identify you.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and it will be handled. If you have joined the community or the academy, Skool also gives you account controls there.
